Living In the Now

I spent a better part of my life worrying about what might happen or what I should do. I also spent lots of time with regrets and wishing that I wouldn't done it differently. I was living in a constant state of panic and anxiety. After many years of personal growth, I am now living each and every day to the fullest. I am enjoying life. I am living in the now and you can too.

Sometimes it's actually easier for the majority of us to 'live in the now' - we get so tangled in 'now life' that we forget to 'live now'.

Nice blog
