With the hectic lifestyles of today many people are looking for ways to cope with tress and depression. Years ago I discovered meditation. And more recently discovered Binaural Beats.Have you heard of Binaural Beats yet? If you haven't let me just say it is the perfect way to relax if you are under a lot of stress. I like to listen at bedtime. Listening helps give me such a relaxing sleep. I have even added it as a part of my meditation routine.
